Looks really good. I’m not a fan of chickpeas myself but I’ve never really immersed myself into trying recipes with them.

On their own, chickpeas are rather unimpressive, but they’re a wonderful carrier for delicious seasonings. Channa Masala is one of my favorite dishes at the local Indian place and my mom has a recipe for Chickpea Burritos that are to die for.

For me it has to have chicken, pork or beef to make it a meal.

The only problem is that plate is too small.
